Solutions to Anxiety

In this chaotic world, is it possible to be free from worry and anxiety? Yes it is!

Join us for an inspirational evening and receive simple, practical and life-changing advice.
Anxiety, fear and stress are almost universal experiences of our busy, modern lives. These very common states of mind rob us of our ability to enjoy life, and to experience peace and happiness. If we can train our mind to respond to life’s challenges with a peaceful, positive attitude, all our ordinary problems and difficulties fall away, and we discover our true nature which is infinitely calm, happy and stable.

In this way we can learn to face life with clarity, inner strength, and profound peace.
Everyone is welcome.

This is a free event, please book in advance.
