Evening classes in St Austell

All evening classes are included within membership.

Tuesdays 7.45pm – 9pm

These classes will be a wonderful opportunity to look at powerful ways to transform the difficulties and use our enjoyments to bring a wonderful meaning to our life.

We will be looking at the instructions from the book Universal Compassion and discovering many ways to use the very difficulties we have to increase our pure and positive minds. In this way leading a more fulfilling and inspiring life.
Everyone is welcome.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dragden presents Buddha’s teachings and meditations in an inspiring yet practical way. He is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives, to help both ourselves and everyone around us.

What can I expect at a class?

Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.

These classes are in-person.
Each class is self contained.
Drop-in classes.
No need to book.
Join at any time.

Individual classes are £7,
or you can get a pre-paid card and get 5 classes for £25. These can be bought at the class.
