Enjoy an hour of gentle, guided meditation in this FREE class helping you to find some inner peace and joy.

During this valuable break in the day, we will start with a simple breathing meditation, followed by a short talk. Afterwards, we will meditate using the beautiful Prayers for World Peace, during which your teacher will guide you through a mediation based on the short talk.

After class, you are most welcome to join us and your classmates in our Coffee Bar where a variety of hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes and snack will be on sale.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience required. Start attending this class at any time.

What can I expect at a class?

These classes are very simple. A nice long relaxing meditation will be guided for you, to give you a chance to completely relax and have within you a practical technique to help with the busyness of daily life. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have any prior experience of meditation.
