Transforming Problems

What if we could turn our problems and worries into useful situations which help us maintain a peaceful happy mind. Well, the good news is we can learn to do exactly that!

Until now we have tried hard to find happiness and avoid unhappiness, but things do not always turn out the way we would wish them to. However, if we know the correct methods, we can start to change our problems into the means of keeping a happy mind.

With an understanding of wisdom and compassion it is perfectly possible to turn even the greatest hardships into sources of happiness and joy for ourselves and others. We just need to know what these methods are and how to use them – which is exactly what these classes will tell us. We can then take these methods with us into our daily lives and start the process of changing problems into solutions.

Kindness Made Easy

We hear the words kindness and compassion used a lot and certainly Buddha taught that compassion is a main cause of happiness for ourselves and others. But what do they really mean and how do we use our kindness and compassion to benefit ourself and others?

In these classes we will explore what compassion is and how we can easily build compassion into our daily lives; enabling us to maintain a happy, peaceful and loving mind regardless of our external conditions.

Using our understanding, we can use many methods to develop our compassion, and with familiarity and some effort, we will naturally and easily apply these when we encounter difficulties – transforming our unhappy mind into a happier, loving one.
