These classes will give you the answers, enabling you to experience meditations which are enjoyable and effective.
Meditation is a practical means to overcome the everyday trials and tribulations of our lives. It brings joy, contentment, and lasting happiness into our lives. Meditation is not about sitting in awkward positions or blanking our minds and trying not to think! So, during these classes we will use simple and clear explanations with a very practical emphasis to explore the various elements which make up successful meditation and which will help us maintain a beneficial meditation practice.
