In these classes we will be going through the incredible meditations in the book ‘The Mirror of Dharma with Additions’. This is a fantastic opportunity to look at this inspiring presentation of how to practice the entire path to enlightenment, in a practical and powerful way.
The way the meditations are described is very special. It is simple, yet incredibly profound, giving unparalleled clarity to your practice and how to improve it.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dragden has been practicing since 2000 and was ordained in 2006. Having worked and taught in many centres, Gen Dragden is currently the Resident Teacher at KMC Plymouth, teaching evening classes, courses, and our foundation and teacher training programmes as well as branch classes.

Gen Dradgen presents Buddha’s teachings and meditations in an inspiring yet practical way. He is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives, which he exemplifies through his patience, kind heart and overt commitment to helping others.

What can I expect at a class?

Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.
