Finding Freedom

About the Teacher

James presents Buddha’s teachings and meditations in an inspiring yet practical way. He is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives, to help both ourselves and everyone around us.

What can I expect at a class?

Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.

These classes are in-person.
Each class is self contained.
Drop-in classes.
No need to book.
Join at any time.

Individual classes are £7,
or you can get a pre-paid card and get 5 classes for £25. These can be bought at the class or with the button below.
