Improving Happiness and Relationships

By distinguishing attachment from love, Buddha’s teachings have saved a great many friendships and relationships and prevented and healed countless broken hearts!

In these classes we will explore the minds of love and attachment, and how love is the source of all happiness whereas our attachment is the source of all our woes when we interact with others. When we understand what these minds are and the difference between them, we can apply our newfound wisdom to friends, family and even strangers. We will then be able to experience harmonious, easy-going and happy encounters with everyone we meet.

Developing Loving Kindness

“If everyone practiced cherishing others, many of the major problems of the world would be solved in a few years”, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche 

These classes will give us practical and inspiring advice on how cherishing others leads to a peaceful and happy life, in which our interactions with others become truly fulfilling and meaningful.  With loving kindness held in our heart, we can build the foundation for many good qualities such as compassion, tolerance, acceptance, empathy, patience, and generosity to grow.

Each session contains guided meditations and invaluable wisdom to carry into our daily lives. Attend all or any of the sessions.

What can I expect at a class?

Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.
