Thursdays 10.30am – 11.30am

Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In these sessions Traci will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our stressed and anxious minds and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

About the Teacher

Traci Finch is a great example of a sincere and thoughtful practitioner, she has a clear and gentle way of presenting Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that makes this ancient wisdom just as relevant and useful in our lives as it has ever been.

These  are drop-in classes, each class is self contained so you can join at any time.

What can I expect at a class?

Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.
