The Science of Meditation

October 5th, 12th, 26th

In our society we are normally focused on external science and the development of material things, this can temporarily improve external situations, but it can’t give us the lasting peace and happiness that we wish for because happiness and suffering are states of mind.

If we want to be happy and free form suffering we need to practice the inner science of meditation. In this course we will be learning meditation practices which are scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind. These are tired and tested methods to transform our human nature form negative to positive through becoming familiar with positive states of mind and learning to reduce and overcome negative states of mind.

Everyone is welcome!
