Venue: Princess Pavilions, 41 Melvill Road, Falmouth, TR11 4AR
At this special meditation event, we will explore how to recognise and let go of the many negative and heavy states of mind that weigh us down and obstruct our happiness, and instead learn how to develop and maintain peaceful, positive minds that bring us tremendous energy and joy in daily life.
Through guided meditations and teachings led by Buddhist Monk, Gen Kelsang Dragden, we can explore the very real choices we have to free ourselves from anger, unhealthy attachments, stress, and confusion and instead develop our patience, love, acceptance and wisdom.
In this way we can experience an inner freedom and bring a new clarity and lightness to our life that will bring happiness and benefit to both ourselves and others.
Everyone is welcome at this event which is suitable for all – no previous experience or knowledge required.
