These classes provide a perfect introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations.
In these classes we can learn simple and practical advice that makes sense according to our daily experience and use this to solve our daily problems.
In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives. Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend.

What can I expect at a class?
Each class comprises a talk and two guided meditations. At the end of the class, you will have a chance to ask questions to the class teacher. You do not need to be Buddhist or have prior experience of meditation.
These classes are available in-person.
