Evening classes in Bideford

All evening classes are included within membership.

WEDNESDAYS 7:00 – 8:30PM

Our mind is the most powerful creative force there is. It is widely known that our state of mind affects our health and well-being. But do we understand how powerful our mind actually is in creating our experience of pain and peace?

In this series of classes Heide will share ancient yet practical meditations for healing our body and mind that come from the compassionate practice called Taking & Giving. This practice helps us to purify negative karma, through which we can find new levels of healing for both ourselves and others.

About the Teacher

Heidi is a great example of a sincere and thoughtful practitioner, she has a clear and gentle way of presenting Buddha’s teachings in a practical way that makes this ancient wisdom just as relevant and useful in our lives as it has ever been.
